Compensation & Benefits

  • Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday with a half-day on Fridays (no weekends)

Practice Overview

  • Operatories: 6 total (including 3 hygiene rooms)
  • Technology: iTero scanner, full implant setup
  • Clinical Team: 3 hygienists
  • Patient Base: Primarily adults within a family-practice setting
  • Payor Mix: PPO and FFS

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in treatment planning and execution across a broad range of services
  • Engage in leadership development with a focus on future ownership and operational management of the practice

Candidate Profile

  • DDS/DMD degree with active Texas dental license
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferred (AEGD/GPR completion a plus
