Dental Receptionist

We are currently in search of a dental receptionist to become a valued member of our team in Kingsford, MI. As a dental receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our dental practice and clinical team.

We are prepared to provide training, therefore no prior experience is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk responsibilities such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, reminding patient of their scheduled appointments and welcoming all patients
• Aid in patient registration by gathering patient information and updating medical records
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all patients
• Open and close the front office
• Maintain a tidy waiting area for our patients
