POSITION AVAILABLE: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Sales background with a great attitude. Dental or orthodontic experience a plus

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a STAR! Someone who shares the passion, vision and values of our practice. A positive, high energy, dependable, marketing and referral- minded, articulate and focused individual in pursuit of a career in orthodontics. Someone who enjoys working within a team and desires a positive upbeat work environment. A consummate professional with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs.

Overall someone who is genuinely nice and kind, and is respectful to fellow team members, patients, and the Doctor.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
-Speaking with patients and parents about orthodontic treatment
-Making financial arrangements to make treatment affordable to hardworking families in our area
Potential administrative duties include the following:
-Tracking statistics
-Managing a fast-paced patient schedule
-Patient phone calls
-Patient mail outs
