Dental Front Desk Associate

We're a high end dental office in Midtown East, NYC searching for a new front office associate.

We're looking for someone responsible and reliable who is motivated to learn and is able to work with our office culture in a professional and courteous way. Associate will be trained in all matters of job requirements and encouraged to grow within the organization. Bonuses for performance considered monthly and quarterly.

Work hours are Tuesday - Friday 9:30-6pm and Saturday 9:00- 3:30pm. Saturdays are a must.

The associate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Phone etiquette and customer service.
Scheduling, confirmation and conversion of appointments.
Responding to email and patient communications inquiries.
Entering billing claims, insurance payments and claim information into practice management software.
Collecting patient payments.
Adding patients to schedule form multiple referral services including ZocDoc and Google.
Closing out procedures and dental codes.
Scanning documents and letters into computer.
