Associate Dentist – Private Practice in Phoenix, AZ | $250K + Earning Potential

We’re a well-established private practice in Glendale, AZ looking for the right associate to join our team. We’ve built a culture that cares—about patients, about quality, and about each other. No quotas. No corporate nonsense. Just a steady flow of PPO and fee-for-service patients, modern tech (CBCT, CEREC, 3D printing), and room to grow.

You’ll work 4 days a week, no weekends, and have the support you need to do dentistry the way it should be done.
