Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) who is passionate about dentistry, thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, and loves making patients feel comfortable and cared for. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in both clinical support and patient communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside assist for cosmetic, general, and implant procedures

• Prepare, organize, and maintain instruments, materials, and equipment

• Take high-quality digital impressions, X-rays, and intraoral scans

• Maintain strict infection control and OSHA/HIPAA compliance

• Anticipate doctor’s needs during procedures for seamless workflow

• Support lab case tracking and follow-up

• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral health

• Maintain and stock operatory rooms daily

• Assist with patient records, charting, and treatment notes

• Provide an exceptional, concierge-level experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CDA certification required

• Radiology license in NJ required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in chairside assisting (cosmetic dentistry experience a plus)

• Proficiency in digital dentistry workflows (scanner experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and patient service skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
