Our office in Naperville, Illinois is equipped with the latest technology. Our doctors are empowered with panoramic X-ray, intraoral cameras, and the latest scanners for taking accurate impressions of patients’ teeth without the worry of goop or gag. Our technology allows us to identify oral health problems in their early stages and offer more treatment options to our patients.

Photography is an invaluable tool for our team to be able to show you the current state of your oral health. Intraoral cameras take color photos of your teeth and supporting tissue with a small video camera will help you to see why treatment is necessary and helps you to better understand how the treatment will increase your oral health. Fee for Service Practice, located in Naperville, looking for 2 experienced, dependable, diligent, & enthusiastic Dental Receptionists to join our team!

Individuals must have the following attributes:

  • Must be a Team Player
  • Excellent communication, phone, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to follow outlined policies and guidelines
  • Possess a professional, confident and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and hospitality to our patients

 

Individuals must be able to execute the following job duties:

  • Always maintain a high level of customer service
  • Greet and check-in patients
  • Answer phones and confirm appointments
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Walk-out patients
  • Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles
  • Maintain detailed patient records; ie excellent note-taking and documentation
  • Create treatment plans
  • Follow up with patients for treatment and hygiene re-care visits
  • Maintain a clean and neat workspace

Preferred Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • MUST be Proficient with Eaglesoft Software
  • RevenueWell Software Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • MUST have 3+ years of Dental Office Experience
  • Full-Time Position (32 - 38 hours/week)

Hours needed:

Schedule 1:

Monday 10 - 7:30 (hour lunch)

Tuesday 8:30 - 5:30 (hour lunch)

Wednesday 7:30 - 3:30 (30 min lunch)

Thursday 7:30 - 5:00 (hour lunch)

Friday - OFF

Saturday(1 per month) - 7:30 - 1:30

Schedule 2:

Monday 7:30 am - 5:30 (hour lunch)

Tuesday OFF

Wednesday 7:30 - 3:30 (30 min lunch)

Thursday 9:00 - 7:30 (hour lunch)

Friday - 7:30 - 1:30

Saturday(1 per month) - 7:30 - 1:30
