Job Description

Ann Arbor's Dentist is a practice owned by Dr. Keith Dobracki, DDS, ND, IBMD, and his wife Jessica Dobracki. Dr. Dobracki is one of ONLY two Board Certified Biological Dentists in the state of Michigan! He is certified in Holistic practices and is passionate about implementing these practices in the office. We have patients travel far and wide to be treated in our office.

We are seeking a talented Dental Assistant team member to join our practice. Could it be you?

Your job can have a significant impact on your overall quality of life. Have you been able to find a position that helps you build a career – and a life – that you love? Are you in a work environment where you are valued, respected, and appreciated for your contributions? Or, do you have the nagging feeling that there could be a better opportunity out there for you?

If you feel as if there is more out there for you in the dental field, we would love to invite you to consider a career as part of the Hygiene Team at Ann Arbor's Dentist. We are looking for Dental Assistant Team Members to work with an incredible group of dental professionals continually voted "Best in Town" (for five years running)! We pride ourselves on delivering first-class service and a five-star experience to our patients. We like to say, "We hire the best people to provide the best service to make a difference in the lives of our patients in the best way possible." It's a mission that underlies all we do. We are a non-insurance-based, growing family practice. This opportunity will disappear quickly; a Dental Assistant position in a holistic whole-body focused family practice that is COVID-safe and puts employees' needs first.

We are searching for a Dental Assistant who is high-energy, a self starter and a goal oriented person.  We believe in team work, and with that comes ownership.  We love and look for those individuals who strive to be the best because they are fulfilled by knowing that they gave 110% to their patients and their Team members.  If you have a passion for making a difference, helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, and excelling in time management so that the Dentist runs on time, we would love to extend you the opportunity to interview with us.

We are looking for a Full Time or Part Time Certified Dental Assistant.  Where experience would be preferred, we are also willing to hire and invest in training for any individual who shows dedication and drive in wanting to take the next step in their career.  Chairside assisting, knowledge and experience using MacPractice is a plus.

You will never find a dull moment in our office.  Just when you think you've studied and figured out dentistry, we are here to teach and guide you more.  We are all constantly learning new skills and techniques to help our patients continue to have the best experience.

If you are ready to be a part of a team that strives to go above and beyond for it's patients, please reach out to us.  Please visit our website at annarborsdentist.com, click on the job opportunities tab in the menu and apply through our website! We look forward to hearing from you and hope that you want to be a part of our Ann Arbor's Dentist family!

The position's full benefits include health care, dental, PTO, holidays, 401k, bereavement, travel CE, and additional bonus structures.

Our location is in central Ann Arbor (near the stadium) with excellent parking. Our office is closed Fri - Sun.

Best Health,
