Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DENTAL office manager to join our large, well-established, three-doctor practice as a Patient Care Coordinator. Our outstanding team all who all work together to achieve our mission of “improving lives by providing superior dentistry with a compassionate patient experience."

The practice exceeds all CDC and ADA safety regulations, and strives to keep staff and patients safe, using the highest level PPE and latest available technology. We offer expanded dental services with the most advanced technology available:

  • General dentistry
  • Orthodontics
  • Oral surgery with IV sedation
  • Implants
  • Endodontics
  • Periodontics
  • Crown & Bridge
  • Full-mouth restorations

The Patient Care Coordinator will assist in all areas in the practice to ensure optimal patient flow and experience, and operations are efficient and fully supported. The Patient Care Coordinator will be the glue that holds it all together! Preference will be given to candidates with Orthodontics experience who can help create an awesome patient experience for each ortho patient, and lead/grow our ortho program.

  • Proven track record of success managing a dental practice
  • Passion for the dental industry
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and Practice Management Software 
  • Highly organized, motivated, and natural leader
  • Burning desire to meet and exceed goals set by the practice
  • Completely cross-trained to assume front desk, Orthodontics, treatment consulting, Insurance/billing, and greeter/receptionist responsibilities, when necessary.
  • Proven ability and success in meeting the needs of others through creative and quick problem-solving
  • Effective verbal skills to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff
