Join our Family owned business. This is NOT a corporate office! 

In search of an incredible Front Desk Manager for a busy, caring dental office.

We are looking for someone who has extensive dental experience, and if you don’t like getting up early, this is the job for you! We offer a wide range of hours to accommodate our patients’ busy schedules. The hours for this position would be 12-8 Mon, 12-8 Tues, 9-6 Wed 12-8 Thurs, and 9-5 Fri, there would also be one Saturday a month from 8-2. Must be willing to travel 2-3 times a year. Travel expenses are paid by the company.

We are looking for someone that enjoys being a part of a team environment. We all work together to make sure our patients have a seamless transition into a new office, and believe it or not enjoy coming to our office.   • High school diploma or GED required

  • Associates degree in business administration or healthcare administration preferred


  • Minimum five (5) years dental experience

  • At least one (1) year experience in a leadership/managerial role


  •  Ability to coordinate schedules amongst all team members to ensure that there is enough support staff available

  • Ability to train and onboard new hires and educate them on policies and procedures

    • In all departments: new patient concierge, scheduling coordinators, and check out

    • Ability to rate and review phone calls with the 5 star telephone training

      •  For the scheduling coordinators

      • Also personally maintain a 5 star certification

      • Ability to track goals and statistics in a neat and orderly fashion

      •  Strong treatment coordinator abilities if needed

      • Ability to travel a couple times throughout the year

      • Attend team leader meetings

      • Ability to hire and train qualified candidates and maintain accurate and timely reviews and track employee progress or regression

        • Put together a personal improvement plan if necessary

        • Ability to arrange and lead departmental front desk meetings

Performance Goals:

  • Complete administrative tasks on time

  • Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times

  • Meet goals and expectations

  • Help/support staff to achieve individual goals
