THE JOB:

The primary mission of this role is to be like an account manager for our patients, understanding who they are, their health needs, fears, money issues and overseeing the process of getting people healthy and keeping them there

At the heart of this role is the love of helping people, understanding them, educating them on their issues and choices and becoming a trusted voice of guidance throughout the process of treatment and beyond.

This is a role that requires taking a leadership role for our patients, bringing together the best of the team, both on the clinical and operations side, to deliver a great health outcome together with a fantastic hospitality style experience. You will need to be a great communicator as well as organized with follow up and process. You will be an essential and key member of the team, working with everyone. And in this role, you will inevitably have a big impact on the culture of the practice.

EXAMPLES OF DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES:

  • Develop and present treatment plans to patients

  • Responsible for patient care completion and follow up.

  • Oversee the efficient scheduling of the practice

  • Be responsible for out-patient care and outreach

  • Refine and optimize patient flow and experience in the practice

  • Ultimate responsibility for Patient happiness & satisfaction

 

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Primarily, you love to be in service to people and you have a gift for understanding people, knowing what they fear and need, and communicating issues in ways that build trust.

You have experience of managing people and relationships, being responsible for people’s care and quality of experience. You have ideally been trained in some form of hospitality management or patient care and you have a track record of success.

You need to be a quick learner, a natural communicator and of course have plenty of patience, compassion and the ability to empathize with others. You will be a culture maker so you will be someone who sets the standard, someone who leads by example, self accountable and likes to nurture and guide others.

REMUNERATION

Salary starts at $45k and is negotiable, depending on your skills and fit, with a growing set of other benefits to include bonuses and medical insurance. We will regularly review your performance and adjust salary upward as warranted (based on results and personal efforts). As we evolve together, we never want great people to leave for money. So if you earn it, we want to pay it.
