We are a general dentistry practice seeking a qualified endodontist to join our team for part time contract work.
Our current demand is for 2-4 clinical days each month.
Salary is a draw against 40% commission based on collections. The daily rate of pay is $1000.00 per day. Our collections rate is 98%.
Equipment and supplies will be provided.
We expect you to have:
• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Completed a Endodontic Residency accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation or have at least 5+ years of experience focused primarily on endodontic care
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
• Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc.
1.Examines, diagnoses, and treats diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting vitality of teeth: Examines teeth, gums, and related tissues to determine condition, using dental instruments, x ray, and other diagnostic equipment.
2.Diagnoses condition and plans treatment.
3.Treats exposure of pulp by pulp capping or removal of pulp from pulp chamber and root canal, using dental instruments.
4.Performs partial or total removal of pulp, using surgical instruments.
5.Treats infected root canal and related tissues, and fills pulp chamber and canal with endodontic materials. 6.Removes pathologic tissue at apex of tooth, surgically.
7.Reinserts teeth that have been displaced by accident.
8.Bleaches discolored teeth to restore natural color
9.Assistant the General dentist in determining the restorability of teeth, specifically aid in the diagnosis of hairline root fractures and syndromes.
10.Provide superior patient care and service.
