Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling and appointments
• Handle insurance billing and claims processing
• Assist with treatment planning and patient care
• Perform credit card processing and insurance verification
• Maintain file management and accounts receivable

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Dentrix software
• Knowledge of dental terminology and orthodontics
• Experience with insurance billing and claims
• Strong front office and administrative skills
• Ability to handle patient care and scheduling appointments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with HIPAA compliance
• Collections experience
• Inbound/outbound calling proficiency
• Knowledge of billing processes

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $54,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we provide benefits such as dental insurance, 401(k) options, holiday pay, and paid time off.
