Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our Full Arch Implant Center/ General Dentistry practice. Dental implant knowledge is essential. The ideal candidate is a team-focused professional who leads with positivity, accountability, and a passion for delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

• Schedule team members and approve time cards and time-off requests.

• Provide coaching and conduct performance evaluations.

Front Office Duties:

• Support front office with scheduling, phone calls, treatment presentations, and insurance processing.

Business Management:

• Help meet production and collection goals.

• Ensure outstanding patient re-appointments and experiences.

Leadership:

• Collaborate with providers to guide the team toward daily and long-term success.

• Lead morning huddles and foster a culture of achievement.

• Confidently present treatment plans and financial options.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience managing a dental practice

• Proven ability to support surgical dental treatments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong customer service background

• Experience with Open Dental software

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Benefits:

• Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + Commission
