This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9a-5p and Friday 8a-4p
  • Dates Needed: 7/30-8/1 and 8/4-8/6
• Setting: Clinic
• Procedures/Cases: General Dentistry
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days
• Requirements: Active Medicaid, Active State License, Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
