Dentist
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $126.10 - $136.50

📍 Position Overview:

• Job Title: Locum Tenens General Dentist
• Location: Confidential Clinic Location (Shared upon interview)
• Schedule: 59 hour shifts (average), MondayFriday
• Setting: Fast-paced outpatient dental clinic
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Duration: Flexible short- or medium-term contract

👥 Patient Volume & Demographics:

• See 2030 patients per day
• Primarily adult patients, including new patients and routine follow-ups

🛠? Clinical Responsibilities:

• Restorative dentistry: Fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions
• Prosthodontics: Complete and partial dentures
• Preventive care: New patient exams, hygiene checks, oral health education
• Basic surgical procedures as needed
• Documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems

🛠? Requirements:

• Active State Dental License (in good standing)
• DEA registration & State-specific Controlled Substance Registration (as required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• 1+ years of post-grad clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload and working independently
