Bel Air Dental Care is seeking a dedicated full-time Dentist to join our team in Fallston, MD. As a part of our award-winning team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are a thriving practice that only participates with select PPO insurance companies to ensure a high-qulaity patient base. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform general dentistry procedures such as crown and birdge, dental implants, dentures, oral surgery, endodontics
• Utilize digital x-rays, cone beam computed tomography, and CAD/CAM technology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
• Administer nitrous oxide PRN and ensure patient safety with CPR/BLS certification
• Provide preventive care and educate patients on oral health
• Collaborate with the team on learning and development opportunities

Required Skills:

• Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry or Doctor of Dental Surgery degree
• Experience with digital x-rays and cone beam computed tomography
• Surgical experience incluis encouraged
• Ability to create treatment plans 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with advanced dental technologies

Salary and Benefits:

• Initial guaranteed daily minimum salary followed by compensation based on percentage of collections
