Job Title: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Company: CentralCare, Inc. Location: Fort Sill, OK Description: Job Responsibilities Provides direct patient care to those individuals presenting to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Service. Shall have a certification of training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from an ADA-accredited residency training program and be board eligible or certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Shall posses current active licenses valid and unrestricted. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification is not required; however, providers possessing a DEA registration number (certification) current at the time of contract and must remain current through employment.
