Manages and supports distributors to assure growth in product purchases focusing on distributors in a region. Achieve growth objectives within territory on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Additionally, assists in product evaluations and sales territory training and strategies.
Monitors distributors? sales to assure sales growth monthly, quarterly and annually
Manage distribution sales activity by management meetings, sales meetings, sales rep field visits, new rep training and support personnel training
Represent in clinical settings and convention/sales meetings to promote sales, convey professionalism and improve customer appreciation and awareness of Integra
Manage time and territory resources (samples, demo instruments and expense money) to maximize growth while adhering to budget guidelines
Gives presentations of product or instruction to small and large groups to promote sales
Field support in areas of repairs, complaint handling, customer inquiry and end use in-service and support
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops regional sales campaigns
Prepares monthly sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
Perform all other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree or higher
Related experience with preference toDental distribution experience
Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills
