Summary The Director of Dental is responsible for supervising, operating and directing the Dental Program. Responsible for administering, maintaining and expanding a program of primary and preventive dental care in a community health center setting. Dental Residency Program required. Current Connecticut Dental License and current narcotics license required. CPR Certification required.Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years clinical experience and five (5) years of administrative responsibility, preferably within a community health center, Health Maintenance Organization of large ambulatory care center.Knowledge/Abilities: Knowledge of dental health care management and operations. Ability to multitask and maintain good communication with wide variety of staff. Ability to write reports and documents and deliver oral presentations.
