Ensures all dental lab work performed adheres to departmental guidelines, safety and regulatory requirements, and quality control standards. Identifies and recommends improvements in operating procedures. Provides training to dental staff and residents. Cooperates with a diverse group of people and skill levels in performing daily operational tasks. Upholds the standards of the system-wide customer service program. Required Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED equivalent. 3 years experience working in a dental laboratory. Knowledge of tools and technology used in dental laboratory setting.Ability to work independently. Experience with laboratory equipment and computer systems.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent manual dexterity and precision with a strong attention to detail.Reliable transportation to travel to all satellites. Preferred Qualifications: Current certification by the National Board for Certification in dental laboratory technology.
