Dental Technician -

Location: Portland, OR

Description:
Looking for an Artistic, Creative Individual interested in learning a new skill who will enjoy making a product that helps others. Dental Technicians in our lab fabricate crowns, bridges, dentures, partials and orthodontic appliances. Tools used may include handpiece, carving tool, brushes, bunsen burner, and others. Will perform a variety of tasks and work under general supervision. Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Artistic abiltity Must have good production skills Requires excellent fine motor skills Able to sit at bench and work for up to two hour intervals Able to stand and work for up to two hour intervals Must be able to read and comprehend English to work from a prescription Must be able to understand English Must be detail oriented Able to work in a fast paced environment under a time schedule deadline Able to work in a team environment Able to multitask and organize work for the day Must pass dexterity testing Prehire drug screen and background check required
